In instances where a delivery fee is applicable, the cost is determined by the specific distance between our fulfillment center in Kampala and your delivery location. This fee will be clearly calculated and presented to you for final confirmation during the WhatsApp checkout process. The amount agreed upon with our specialist is final, with no hidden surcharges.
4. Delivery Guarantee & Inspection
We maintain a rigorous quality control standard for every package. However, we highly encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you encounter any issues or visible damage to the packaging, please document it and notify us via our official contact channels within 48 hours.
5. Delivery Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Please verify your street address, apartment/office number, and primary contact phone number before finalizing your order. Micronet.Ug is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.
