Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after the daily cut‑off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Delivery & Pickup Options Where available, customers may choose either delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout or in‑store pickup at the location specified during checkout or communicated after the order has been confirmed. Customers will be notified when their order has been processed and is ready for delivery or collection. Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on orders shipped to locations serviced by our delivery partners. Delivery & Handling Time Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes up to 1 additional business day, depending on your delivery location and courier availability. Some orders may arrive sooner where faster delivery is available. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen events. Delivery Availability Delivery services are available only in locations serviced by our delivery partners. If delivery to your location is unavailable, we will contact us to discuss an alternative delivery or pickup arrangement. If we are unable to arrange delivery or an alternative pickup option, we will discuss the available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
