Faulty laptops, desktops, printers, or networking devices qualify for replacement or repair. Report issues within 48 hours with clear description or evidence.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days. Hardware issues beyond this may fall under manufacturer warranty instead.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories (chargers, cables, manuals). Devices with software alterations, physical damage, or missing parts will not qualify.
Installed software, activated licenses, and opened software packages are non‑refundable.
We allow exchanges for incorrect specifications (e.g., wrong RAM/storage choice) if the device is unused and in original condition.
Opened consumables (printer cartridges, toners), installed software, and used storage devices are not eligible.

Returns are processed within 0–3 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed.
We cover costs for defective equipment. Customer covers shipping for approved non‑defective returns.
